VIP REWARDS RULES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Haley VIP Rewards is a loyalty program offered by springwatermassagetherapy.

ELIGIBILITY

To participate in springwatermassagetherapy VIP customers must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A customer may become a member by enrolling online at www.springwatermassagetherapy.com or by signing up in store at {a} Haley Boutique. To enroll, you must provide a valid email address and phone number. Enrollment is free, and no purchase is necessary. Customers who purchase items for resale and customers shipping orders outside of the United States are ineligible to participate in the rewards program.

COMMUNICATIONS

Customers who enroll in the program agree to receive loyalty specific email messages as well as other promotional emails and marketing from {a} Haley Boutique.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Points can be earned on any purchase online at www.springwatermassagetherapy.com or in-store at springwatermassagetherapy. For every $1 spent on items purchased while enrolled in the program, the member will earn 1 point. Points cannot be earned on shipping services, and gift cards. Points are earned on the final pre-tax net purchase amount after applying all discounts, offers, coupons, and rewards redemptions. Members must be signed into their {a} Haley account at the time of purchase to receive points. If merchandise is returned or exchanged, points from the original (returned) purchase will be deducted from the member’s account. Points cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise stated.

REWARDS

Once a member earns 500 points, a $15 reward will be available to redeem. The member will be notified of their $15 reward via email. The member is responsible for keeping the account contact information current and updated. No responsibility is assumed for incorrect email addresses or failure of email to be received. Rewards can only be redeemed for merchandise, excluding gift cards and gift wrapping. Rewards cannot be combined with any other promotional offers in-store and online. Rewards cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise stated. Rewards have no cash value. Any Customer who returns merchandise acquired with a reward will receive a new reward if necessary. A member of the program that has received a reward must claim the reward prior to use, otherwise, the points will continue to build in the member's account. Once the reward is claimed, the member can redeem the reward at checkout.

UPDATES AND CHANGES

These terms and conditions, as well as any program elements, may be amended, updated, changed or terminated at any time at the discretion of {a} Haley Boutique. Notification of any such event, including the effective date, will be posted at www.springwatermassagetherapy.com. If you disagree with a change, your sole remedy is to cease participating in the program.
