E-COMMERCE/ MARKETING INTERN
Description:
This is an opportunity for the hands-on building of e-commerce and social media skills for a contemporary fashion brand. You will help create social content and support digital strategies while acquiring new skills daily. You will report to the Ecommerce Director.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and creating social media content, including Instagram, Instagram stories and Facebook
- Participating in the development of e-commerce marketing Managing social media and e-commerce editorial calendars
- Researching competition in social media and e-commerce categories
- Adding products to and merchandising website
Qualifications:
- Interest in e-commerce, digital strategy, and social media
- Interest in the fashion industry
- Excellent writer and communicatorÂ
- Creative writing abilities
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Knowledge and experience using social media platforms
- Experience with Shopify platform
- A mix of creative and analytical skillsÂ
- Must be 18+
Experience/training/education:
- Graduated from or currently enrolled in an accredited college working toward a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing or another related degree.
- Interns should be available at least two to three days per week. Hours will vary, maximum of 15.
- Time period:Â at least 6 months, can be extended.
- The internship is unpaid
